| At Railway Station |
Please contact “APAC-reception staff” near `Railway Inquiry counter' at platform No. 1 (Central Entry-Exit).
In case you miss the reception staff at railway station, you can hire a prepaid auto rickshaw (from pre paid booth) @ Rs 50/- for IUC guesthouse and @ Rs 80/- for RRCAT guest house. (These are daytime charges).

| During Conference (From Monday 29th Jan to Friday 2nd February) |
- Vehicles will leave from hotel Sayaji, hotel Fortune Landmark hotel President Planet & IUC Guest House for RRCAT at 07:45 Hrs.
- RRCAT Guest house and “D” type accommodation to conference venue is a pleasant walk.
- Vehicles will leave back for Hotels / IUC guesthouse after 15 min. of closing of last session.
