The 6th
DAE-BRNS National Symposium on Pulsed Laser Deposition of
Thin Films and Nanostructured Materials (PLD-2011) will be
organized during November 09-11, 2011 at MRC, IISc, Bengaluru.
This meet will be organized jointly by Raja Ramanna Centre
for Advanced Technology (RRCAT) and Indian Institute of
Sciences (IISc), Bengaluru. This topical meeting is a
continuation of the series of biennial symposia, which was
started in
RRCAT,
Indore in 2001 (PLD-2001). The subsequent meets
were held at the University of Pune, Pune in 2003 (PLD-2003), S. V.
University, Tirupati in 2005 (PLD-2005), Saurashtra University, Rajkot
in 2007 (PLD-2007) and Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai
in 2009 (PLD-2009). Scientists, technologists and young scholars
pursuing research in the pertinent thematic domain are
invited to submit abstracts of their recent findings or
developments and participate in the meet.
